Brush pork with butter, dock with a folk in some places, salt, season with pound pepper, lard with allspice and garlic.
Pour water on baking tray, put the meat and bake in heated oven for 1,5-2 hours, pouring with exuding juice from time to time. When pork gets golden, reduce the heat.
Serve the pork hot with cooked potatoes or potato puree, pouring with the juice from baking. Serve with fresh or salted cucumbers, marinated cabbage.
