Fry pork, then pour 1 cup of water and stew for 45 minutes under a lid.
Mix jam with soy sauce, ketchup and some spoons of water.
Remove the meat on baking tray or on the grill rack and fry over law heat for 20 minutes, turning and brushing with the glaze from time to time.
Cut into portion pieces and serve with marinated fruits and berries.
