2/9 lb. flesh mutton
10 potatoes
1 bulb onion
1 tsp. dried thyme chopped
black pepper ground
salt
stock
Dough:
1/2 cup wheat flour
3 tbsp. margarine
1 egg
1 pinch salt
Directions:
Prepare biscuit dough, mixing all listed ingredients, refrigerate for 30 minutes, then roll out.

Chop onion and mutton and put in flat dish with potato cubes. Cover products with the stock, add salt, thyme, pepper, put over the dough lid and press.

Stew in oven over law heat for 1,5-2 hours.
