Cook crumbly rice. Cut fillet into cubes, salt and fry in a part of oil. Cut onion into rings, fry in oil, add sliced mushrooms and fry.
Bathe raisins, pour with warm water. Cut sweet pepper into dices.
Combine fillet with mushrooms and onion, raisins, rice, pour a half of stock and stew for 15 minutes. Add sweet pepper, the remaining stock, salt, carry and stew over law heat for additional 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
When serving, season with chopped greens.
