Beat fillet, clean bones.
Prepare stuffing of chopped and fried liver, one cooked egg and greens, butter and pepper.
Put the stuffing on the center of fillet slice, cover the stuffing with the fillet edges.
Salt cutlet, pepper, cover it with flour, dip in whisked egg, then cover with breadcrumbs, dip in egg again, then cover with chopped bread and press with hands. Deep-fry the cutlet, then bring to done in oven.
Garnish with shredded and deep-fried potatoes, fresh vegetables and greens.
