Slat chicken, pepper and fry in a mixture of butter and oil until golden crust, then take out of grease.
Fry onion and garlic in this grease, add sliced tomatoes, ketchup, cinnamon, pungent pepper, put the chicken, pour stock and stew under a lid until done.
Take out prepared chicken, filter the sauce. Mash vegetables and mix with the sauce.
Serve the chicken with prepared sauce, garnish with fried potatoes or cooked rice.
