Mince pork and poultry fillet twice, add chopped onion, spices and stir.
Shape pelmeni of the dough and the prepared stuffing. cook them in a dollop of boiling salted water by portions.
Sautee flour until brown, dissolve with stock until sour cream consistence, add butter, salt and pepper.
Serve the pelmeni hot, pouring with the sauce. If desired, serve in stock.
