Clean mushrooms, bathe, cook and cut thinly, then fry with chopped onion in a part of oil. Dress with pepper, salt and sour cream.
Knead the dough of flour, water, egg and salt. Divide it into small pieces, roll them out into thin squares 2*2 inches. Put some stuffing on each square and tweak corners in the center.
Fry the kundumi in oil, then pour with a mixture of egg and milk, bake in oven.
