Knead the dough of flour, butter, water and salt, divide it into 2 parts and leave for 10 minutes.
Cut thinly fillet, eggs and lard, mix with fried onion, salt and pepper.
Roll the dough out, put one layer on greased baking sheet, scatter over the stuffing, cover with the second dough layer, tweak the edges. Dock the pie in some places by a folk, brush with egg and bake in oven.
Brush prepared pie with melted butter, cover with a napkin and leave for some minutes. Serve hot.
