Products Needed:
½ lb (200g) spinach 4 tomatoeses 1 onion 1 clove garlic 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar parsley greens salt ground black ground pepper

Directions: To prepare the dressing mix the oil with the vinegar, salt, pepper, finely chopped onion and garlic.
Cut the tomatoes, put into a salad bowl and coat with the dressing.
Cut the spinach into stripes and add to the salad directly before serving. Garnish with greens.
