Products Needed:
3 tomatoeses
2 cucumbers
2 sweet peppers
1 onion
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 tbsp sour cream
parsley greens
salt
ground black ground pepper
Directions:

Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers. Seed, stem and shred the sweet peppers. Peel and shred the onion. Brown slightly the breadcrumbs on a dry frying pan.

Mix the ingredients, add salt and pepper and coat with the sour cream.

Before serving garnish with greens.
