4 carrots
¼ lb (100 g) bacon
2 tbsp grated horseradish root
4 tbsp chopped parsley greens
4 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
Directions:
Boil the carrots, peel and cut into rings. Dice the bacon and fry in some oil.

To prepare the dressing beat up the remaining oil with the salt, horseradish and chopped greens.

Combine the ingredients with the dressing and toss.

Before serving garnish with greens.
