½ lb (200 g) asparagus
2 carrots
¼ lb (100 g) canned green peas
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
parsley greens
salt
Directions:
Rinse the carrots, peel and shred. Chop the asparagus. Simmer the vegetables separately in some water. Chill.

Combine the prepared vegetables with the green peas, add the lemon juice and salt, toss. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Before serving put the salad into a salad bowl, coat with the mayonnaise and garnish with greens.
