Products Needed:
½ lb (250 g) kohlrabi cabbage ½ lb (200 g) carrot 4 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp lemon juice parsley greens salt

Directions: Rinse the carrots and kohlrabi, peel and shred.
Combine the vegetables, add salt, dress with the sour cream mixed with the lemon juice and part of the finely chopped greens. Toss.
Before serving garnish with kohlrabi and carrot slices and greens.
