Products Needed:
1/2 head of white cabbage 2 sweet peppers (red and yellow) 1 apples 2 onions 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp lemon juice dill and parsley greens salt and sugar, to taste

Directions: Shred the cabbage and mash till juicing. Shred the cored apples. Rinse, seed and dice the sweet peppers. Peel and chop the onions.
Combine the prepared ingredients, dress with the lemon juice with the sugar and oil.
Before serving garnish with greens.
