Products Needed:
12 gherkins 4 anchovy fillets 4 boiled potatoes 2 pickled onions 2 boiled eggs 1 pickled sweet pepper 4 tbsp vegetable oil salt ground black ground pepper basil greens

Directions: Slice fine the peeled potatoes. Dice all the remaining ingredients.
To prepare the dressing whisk the oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper.
Combine the ingredients, dress with the sauce and toss.
Before serving garnish with greens.
