Products Needed:
1 turkey
1/5 lb lard
2 tbsp sour cream
4 appless
1/2 lb prunes
1 2/3 oz butter
salt, spices, spicy greens
Directions:

Salt prepared turkey inside and outside.

Cut apples into quarters, remove the kernel. Soak prunes, pit. Mix fruits and put inside of turkey.

Brush the turkey with the lard and put on baking tray back down. Fry in oven, pouring with exuding juice and fat.

Dock turkey in the most thick part, if the exuding juice is clear, the poultry is done.

Put prepared turkey on a platter, cover with the juice from frying. Garnish with potatoes free and marinated fruits.
