Seed and cut the sweet peppers into rings. Scald and peel the tomatoes, cut the pulp into thin rings. Peel and cut into rings the potatoes and cucumber. Rinse the lettuce, drain and chop, leave some to garnish.
For sauce mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Combine the ingredients with the beans, dress with the sauce and toss.
Cool the salad. Before serving garnish with egg rings, lettuce leaves and sprinkle with chopped greens.
