Products Needed:
2 cups crushed rye bread crusts 2 tbsp rye or wheat wheat flour 3 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp jam 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1 tbsp instant coffee powder 1/2 tsp baking soda salt to taste butter for greasing tray

Directions: Mash eggs with sugar, add honey, jam, spices, coffee, crushed crusts and flour with baking soda, knead dough quickly.
Place dough on a buttered and sprinkled with flour baking sheet, spread evenly and bake for 20 minutes over 390-400oF (200–210°С).
Cut ready cake into squares and glaze with melted chocolate.
