Products Needed:
2-3 boiled potatoes 1/2 head of white cabbage 1/3 lb (120 g) bacon 1/4 lemon 2 tsp grated horseradish root 2 tbsp vegetable oil parsley greens salt

Directions: Shred the cabbage and mash till juicing. Dice the potatoes and bacon.
Combine the prepared ingredients, add the horseradish mixed with the lemon juice and oil, toss.
Before serving garnish with greens.
