4 sweet peppers
4 small onions
½ lb (200 g) green beans
1-2 carrots
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp 3% vinegar
parsley greens
salt
ground black ground pepper
Directions:
Cut the carrots into rings and simmer in some water. Boil the onions and sliced green beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Cool.

Stem, seed and rinse the sweet peppers, cut into rings and mix with the boiled vegetables. Add salt, pepper and oil, whisked with the vinegar, mix.

Before serving sprinkle the salad with chopped greens.
