2/3 lb (300g) fish
2-3 tomatoeses
1 pickled cucumber
2 onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
parsley and dill greens
salt
ground black ground pepper
peppercorns
Directions:
Boil the fish with peppercorns in some salted water. Bone and slice the fish.

Dice the tomatoes, cored apples and onions.

Combine the prepared ingredients, season and dress with mayonnaise mixed with the mustard.

Before serving garnish with greens.
