Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300g) boiled fish fillet 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 boiled eggs 2 tomatoeses 1 oz (20g) spring onions dill greens ½ lb (200g) letcho *

Directions: Dice the fish fillet and letcho pepper, mix with the letcho brine, add the mayonnaise and toss.
Before serving garnish the salad with sliced eggs, tomatoes and greens and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
