Products Needed:
½ lb (200g) boiled fish fillet 1 cup boiled rice 2 boiled egg 1 apples 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp lemon juice parsley greens ground pepper salt

Directions: Slice the fish fillet. Peel and slice some apples to garnish and dice the rest. Sprinkle the diced apples with the lemon juice. Chop the eggs.
Mix all the prepared ingredients, excluding the fish, with the boiled rice, season and dress with a part of the mayonnaise.
Put the salad into a salad bowl, coat with the remaining mayonnaise, garnish with fish and apple slices and sprinkle with chopped greens.
