Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300g) salted herring ¼ lb (100g) boiled white tinned kidney beans ¼ lb (100g) canned green peas 2 boiled eggs 1 boiled carrot 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 16 pitted black olives 2 lemons dill greens salt

Directions: Soak the herring in water or milk, dress into skinned fillet and slice. Peel and dice the carrots. Chop the eggs.
Combine the ingredients with the beans and green peas, add salt and pour with the mayonnaise mixed with the ketchup.
Before serving garnish with lemon slices, black olives and greens.
