Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300g) salted herring 4-5 boiled potatoes 1 apples 1 cucumber 2 onions 2 tbsp caperss 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp 3% vinegar 1 tsp mustard parsley greens ground pepper salt

Directions: Soak the herring in water or tea brew, dress into skinned fillet and slice.
Peel and dice the potatoes, cucumber and apple. Chop the onions.
Combine the ingredients, dress with the oil, mixed with the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
Before serving heap the vegetable salad on a serving dish and top with the herring slice. Garnish with capers and greens.
