Products Needed:
2 salted herring herring fillets 4 potatoes 2 appless 2 boiled eggs 1 onion 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar 1 tsp mustard 1/2 cup thin cream spring onions parsley greens salt ground black ground pepper

Directions: Slice the herring fillet. Peel and dice the potatoes, apples and onion. Chop the eggs. To prepare the dressing mix the oil with the vinegar, add in the mustard, salt, pepper, cream and whisk.
Combine the ingredients and pour with the dressing.
Before serving sprinkle with chopped spring onions and garnish with greens.
