Products Needed:
2 salted herring herring fillets 2/3 lb (300g) green beans 3 boiled potatoes 1 onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise dill and parsley greens ground pepper salt

Directions: Cut the green bean pods into 2-3 pieces, boil in some salted water. Strain off through a colander and chill.
Slice the herring. Slice fine the peeled potatoes.
To prepare the sauce mix the mayonnaise with the chopped spring onions, salt and pepper.
Combine the green beans, herring and potatoes and dress with the sauce.
Before serving garnish with greens.
