Products Needed:
6 boiled potatoes 2 salted herring fillets 2 onions ¼ lb (100g) canned corn 1 tsp vegetable oil 1 tsp mustard parsley greens salt

Directions: Slice the herring fillet, cut the potatoes into 1/3 inch rings, cut the onions into thin rings.
Put the potatoes, onions and fish in layers into a salad bowl. Sprinkle with the corn and chopped greens, dress with the oil mixed with the mustard.
Before serving garnish with greens.
