2 salted herring herring fillets ½ lb (200g) boiled beef 4 boiled potatoes 1/3 lb (150g) pickled beet 2 pickled cucumbers 1 apples 1 onion 2 boiled eggs 1/2 cup thin cream 4 twigs parsley greens ground black ground pepper | Directions: Slice the herring and beef. Shred the potatoes, beet, pickles, onions and apple. Combine the ingredients, add the pepper and toss.
When serving put the salad into a bowl, coat with the whipped cream and garnish with egg slices and greens. |
