Products Needed:
½ lb (200g) canned salmon in oil 1 cup boiled rice 2-3 boiled eggs 1 pickled cucumber 1/2 cup mayonnaise parsley greens ground black ground pepper salt

Directions: Slice the salmon, dice the eggs and cucumber.
Combine the prepared ingredients with rice and season, dress with the canned salmon brine mixed with some mayonnaise.
Before serving coat the salad with the remaining mayonnaise and garnish with greens.
