½ lb (240g) canned tuna in oil 1/3 lb (160g) canned pineapple ¼ lb (100g) lettuce 3 oz (80g) shrimps, shelled and boiled 16 pitted black olives 4 tbsp mayonnaise salt | Directions: Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving dish and put over the sliced pineapples, tuna and black olives. Season with salt.
Before serving coat the salad with the mayonnaise and garnish with shrimps. |
