2/3 lb (300g) squids meat 3 boiled potatoes 2 pickled cucumbers 1 boiled carrot ¼ lb (100g) canned green peas 4 tbsp mayonnaise lettuce salt, ground black pepper, sugar, to taste | Directions: Rinse the squid meat and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Shred the chilled squid, potatoes, carrot and cucumbers. Combine all the ingredients. Season and dress with the mayonnaise, combine with the green peas and toss.
Before serving garnish the salad with lettuce leaves. |
