½ lb (200 g) scallop meat
4 tomatoeses
2 cucumbers
1 onion
2 oz (50 g) pitted olives
1 oz (20 g) spring onions
lettuce
parsley and dill greens
4 tbsp mayonnaise, to taste
Directions:
Boil the scallops in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Then chill and slice fine.

Cut fine the tomatoes, cucumbers and onion into rings.

Put the vegetables and scallops in layers, season with the salt and mayonnaise and sprinkle with the chopped spring onions.

Garnish the salad with black olives, lettuce leaves and greens.
