½ lb (200 g) canned crabs
4 boiled potatoes
2 green and red sweet peppers
2 oz (60 g) ham
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
8 pitted black olives
parsley greens
ground black ground pepper
salt
Directions:
Dice fine the crab meat and ham. Slice fine the peeled potatoes and field mushrooms. Seed the peppers, shred and simmer for 2 minutes in some salted water. Then strain off and chill.

Combine the prepared ingredients, season with the lemon juice, oil, salt and ground pepper. Toss.

When serving garnish the salad with black olives and parsley greens.
