Products Needed:
1 lb (400 g) boiled chicken fillet 3 oz (80 g) ham 2 oz (60 g) Swiss cheese 2 boiled carrots 1 oz (20 g) celery root 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 cucumber salt ground black ground pepper

Directions: Dice fine the chicken fillet, ham and cheese. Shred fine the peeled carrots and cucumber.
Combine the ingredients, dress with the mayonnaise, season with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss and chill.
When serving sprinkle with finely chopped celery greens.
