Products Needed:
2 chicken fillet 2 oz (50 g) strawberries 1 avocado 1 lettuce leaves 2 tbsp thin cream 1 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp chopped almonds 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp ketchup 2 tsp sugar salt ground black ground pepper

Directions: Wash the chicken fillet, drain, shred and fry in butter. Season with salt and put on a tissue to remove the excess fat.
Rinse the strawberries, drain and halve. Combine the lemon juice with sugar and pour on the berries. Halve the avocado. Pit, peel and slice.
To prepare the sauce whip the cream and combine with the ketchup and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Combine the ingredients, put into a salad bowl on the lettuce leaves, pour with the sauce and sprinkle with the almonds.
