Products Needed:
½ lb (250 g) boiled chicken fillet 1 cup boiled rice 1 apples ½ cup canned green peas 2 oz (50 g) spring onions 2 boiled eggs 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp vegetable oil parsley greens salt ground black ground pepper

Directions: Dice the chicken fillet and fry in vegetable oil. Chop fine the eggs and spring onions. Peel, core and dice the apple.
Combine the prepared ingredients, add the green peas, rice, season and dress with the mayonnaise.
When serving garnish with greens.
