Products Needed:
½ lb (200 g) boiled chicken fillet 1 cup rice 4 gherkins 1 tomatoes ½ cup canned green peas 2 oz (50 g) spring onion 1 clove garlic 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp 3% vinegar parsley greens salt

Directions: Put the rice in the centre of a serving dish, put around sliced tomatoes and chicken, green peas, chopped gherkins and spring onion rings.
To prepare the dressing combine the vegetable oil and vinegar, season with the chopped garlic and salt.
Pour the salad with the sauce and garnish with greens when serving.
