½ lb (200 g) boiled turkey fillet ¼ lb (100 g) pickled vegetable marrows 2 boiled eggs 1 apples 4 tbsp mayonnaise parsley greens salt ground black ground pepper | Directions: Dice the turkey fillet, cored apple, vegetable marrow and eggs. Season and toss.
Coat with the mayonnaise and garnish with greens before serving. |
