– Pound the eggs with sugar white, add the powdered cardamom, hot water diluted vanillin or chopped lemon peels. Pour the flour, mix well and put the pastry using a spoon on a buttered sheet with 4 cm spacing
– Bake the spicy cakes within 7-10 minutes over 390-430oF (200-220oC)
– Put the spicy cakes in a dish. Glaze optionally.
