¼ lb (100 g) fried veal meat
¼ lb (100 g) fried pork meat
2 pickled cucumbers
1 onion
1 apples
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
parsley or celery greens
ground black ground pepper
salt
Directions:
Shred the fried veal and pork meat and cucumbers. Cut the onion into thin half-rings. Peel, core and shred the apple.

Combine the ingredients, drizzle with the lemon juice and season.

When serving coat the salad with the mayonnaise and garnish with greens.
