Products Needed:
1/3 lb (160 g) ham 4 tomatoeses 2 green sweet peppers ¼ lb (100 g) lettuce 4 boiled eggs 2 oz (40 g) pitted black olives 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar salt

Directions: Slice the tomatoes, shred the ham and sweet pepper, quarter the eggs.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving dish, put over the tomatoes, then the eggs and pepper and top with the ham. Season with salt and dress with oil and vinegar mixture.
Garnish with black olives when serving.
