Peel and shred the carrot, celery and onions. Slice fine some ham to garnish, cut the remaining ham, cucumbers and potatoes into thin bars.
Combine the prepared ingredients, add the green peas and seasoning, dress with the half of mayonnaise, mixed with ketchup. Toss.
Put into a salad bowl, coat with the rest of the mayonnaise and garnish with ham slices, eggs and greens.
