¼ lb (100 g) soft cheese ¾ lb (300 g) * frozen vegetable mixture 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp 3% vinegar dill and parsley greens salt | Directions: Boil the frozen vegetables in salted water, strain and put hot in a salad bowl.
