Products Needed:
¾ lb (300 g) lettuce ¼ lb (100 g) bacon 4 boiled egg 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp 3% vinegar parsley and basil greens ground black ground pepper salt

Directions: Rinse, drain and shred the lettuce. Dice the bacon and sauté slightly. Chill. Chop fine the eggs.
Combine everything, season and toss.
Before serving sprinkle the salad with chopped greens.
