For the dough, dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in 2 cups of four, mix and set in a warm place for fermentation. When the dough rises, knead it, add salt, butter, spices; repeat kneading and leave to rise.
For the filling, combine poppy-seeds with honey and cook for 5-8 minutes stirring constantly, then cool.
Roll the dough flat, brush the edges with sweet tea; put it on the baking sheet. Spread the filling onto the surface, make a pattern of some dough, form brims. Brush the surface with tea.
Bake the pie until ready.
