Products Needed:
½ lb (200 g) fried beef liver ¼ lb (100 g) boiled mushrooms 1 onion 1 carrot 2 boiled eggs 2 tbsp melted butter 3 tbsp mayonnaise parsley greens ground black ground pepper salt

Directions: Slice the liver and mushrooms. Chop fine the eggs. Cut the onion into half-rings. Shred the carrot.
Sauté the onion and carrot.
Combine all the ingredients, season and toss in the mayonnaise.
Garnish with greens before serving.
