Products Needed:
2-3 lb chicken 1/5 lb butter 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms 2 oz onion 2 oz sweet pepper 1 lb milk 1/3 lb starch salt

Directions: Bathe chicken, divide into portions, salt and fry in butter.
Chop mushrooms, cut pepper and onion into rings.
Add mushrooms and vegetables to chicken, pour with milk and stew until done.
Take out the chicken, pour starch dissolved in milk and boil the sauce.
Serve the poultry in the sauce.
