Products Needed:
short 1/2 lb (200 g) shrimps, shelled
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 egg white
1 tsp table wine
1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate (MSG)
1 tbsp corn starch
6 tbsp vegetable oil
salt to taste
parsley greens
Directions:

Wash, dry and mince the shrimps, add wine, glutamate, egg white, salt and mix well. Shape walnut sized balls, roll in sesame.

Fry the shrimp balls in heated to 280oF (140oC) vegetable oil until golden. Top with greens while serving.
